Robin Norman, Client Services Director
Robin is dedicated to striving for excellence in home care services. She manages the Client Services Supervisor and Client Services Coordinators to assign staff to clients according to their needs. Robin says she loves interacting with clients and their families to ensure there’s a positive experience with home care and working with the staff in the office and in the homes. “As a staff, we use a team approach for everything, and I enjoy listening to their experiences as well as educating them on problems or difficult situations,” she says. Robin’s passion is to deliver quality, courteous and reliable care to those individuals who want to stay in their homes. Robin has an Associate’s Degree in Medical Administration, is a Certified Home Health Aide and a Certified Nursing Assistant. She has worked as a Scheduling Coordinator for the last fifteen years, starting in the health field at the Anthis Career Center while attending High School.
LaTonya Woolsey, Client Services Coordinator
LaTonya’s responsibilities are answering the telephone and doing the client scheduling. Her passion is caring for the elderly and helping to assist them in every area she possibly can. “I have worked in the field for Angel Corps since 2005 and prior to that, I worked in the caregiving field for 16 years,” LaTonya said. “I wouldn’t have it any other way. LaTonya is a Certified Nursing Assistant and a graduate of Indiana Business College specializing in medical office administration.
Joy Roach, Administrative Assistant
Joy’s role has the Administrative Assistant contains a variety of roles, ranging from scheduling, keeping employee files up to date, interviewing potential employees, orientating new employees and helping with payroll. Joy has been in the health care field since 1989 where she worked for six years as a Rehab Aide. In 1995 she became a Restorative Aide and Certified Nursing Assistant. She then worked in a Human Resource department for a medical office and has been in her current field since 1999. Joy started at Angel Corps in December of 2009. In her spare time, Joy enjoys cycling and spending time with her family.
Along with Angel Corps, Joy is the Scheduler and Administrative Assistant for its sister company First Call Medical Staffing.
Chrystal Dawson, Billing Coordinator
Chrystal is the Billing Coordinator for Angel Corps. She earned her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Accounting with hopes to further her education sometime in the near future. She has worked in the accounting field for the last 4 years, finally making her mark at Angel Corps. Chrystal is also the Billing Coordinator for its sister company Home Nursing Services.
Chrystal recently married in July of 2007. She believes that her career is like a marriage, it takes the same amount of heart and desire to be successful. Her husband has helped to discover a deeper passion for nurturing all plants and animals. She enjoys gardening, four wheeling, and arts and crafts. She also volunteers her time with the Allen County 4-H program during the summer.
Margeaux Corrao, Marketing Director
Margeaux Corrao is the Marketing Director for Home Nursing Services and sister companies: Angel Corps, First Call, and Dorian Maples & Associates. After graduating from high school in 1998, Margeaux attended IPFW and studied courses in business and Hospitality/Restaurant Management for one year. At that time she worked part time for Home Nursing Services as administrative assistant and homemaker in the field. Her passion to help others led her in a different direction to the field of cosmetology in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2000, she graduated from Brown Aveda Institute and obtained her Ohio State Board of Cosmetology license. Throughout her career she obtained manager and instructor licenses. She worked her way up many levels to Signature stylist. She enjoyed helping others also, at her Alma mater, through the years teaching and in the admissions department, eventually becoming Admissions Team Leader.
Later in 2011, her passion to help others changed and led her back to Ft. Wayne at Home Nursing Services once again. Margeaux is passionate in her purpose to contribute in the mission to help others have a good quality of life while remaining at home.
Rebecca Fulkerson, Client Services Supervisor
Becky has worked in healthcare for over 20 years. She earned an Associate degree in Dental Hygiene from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. She continued on to Indiana Tech to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, which she is hoping to complete. Becky has volunteered at Matthew 25 Dental Clinic, and enjoys providing services to those in need. Becky has great compassion for elders. She helps to ensure they stay in their homes for as long as possible and that the best services are being provided. Becky enjoys listening to their life experiences and building relationships.

Cheryl Terry, Client Services Supervisor
Cheryl has been promoted to the Supervisor position in 2012 after three years of dedication to Angel Corps as a Supervisor and six years’ experience as a Caregiver for Angel Corps and our affiliate Home Nursing Services. Her knowledge of caregiving and nurturing spirit steered her in the direction of earning a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Healthcare Management. She provides education and leadership for our employees, clients and families assuring that quality care takes place in the home at all levels of care. "Having always enjoyed Geriatrics, I am pleased to be part of a company that is well recognized for its quality of care for older adults and persons with disabilities. I enjoy working with the families and caregivers in this capacity.”
Lisa Boller, Client Services Coordinator
Lisa has been promoted to the Client Services Coordinator position in 2012 after five years of dedication to Angel Corps as a Caregiver. Lisa schedules and coordinates services for both Angel Corps and our affiliate, Home Nursing Services. Lisa has worked in the homes of our clients with compassion and dedication. She was recognized as Employee of the Year in 2008. Lisa is proud to assist both clients and employees with maintaining accurate schedules. “I love interacting with people and bringing a smile to one’s face. If I can make a person smile, then my day is complete.”
Lori Carper, Human Resource Coordinator
Lori can be found in the office developing and growing the employee base. She has a keen eye for those with experience and skills that fit within our criteria for Angel Corps and recruits individuals of high caliber to assist with clients needs. Moreover, she maintains all personnel files and provides accurate quality assurance checks on all time sheets. Lori feels she contributes to Angel Corps by, "Providing a perspective on business and employees that is outside of the healthcare field". Lori's background in Human Resources has given her familiarity with business development and community awareness that has become an asset to Angel Corps.
Ruth Force, Client Services Director
Ruth has worked in the Geriatric field in psychiatric outpatient therapy and long-term care settings since 1993. She has been active in the growth of the Auburn Angel Corps office since 2005, gaining knowledge in homecare for older adults and persons with disabilities. In addition to certification from the National Academy of Certified Care Managers, Ruth has a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is a Licensed Social Worker. She is recognized as a full member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers.
In 2009, Ruth received her certification as an Eden At Home Trainer and supports the Eden movement to eliminate the three plagues of aging: helplessness, loneliness and boredom. Being a resource to educate her clients to the care options available to them related to their medical conditions, is a strong focus for her. Ruth’s passion lies with those who are experiencing the journey of dementia and assisting their loved ones with support, easing their caregiving stress. She is a past President of the local chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. Ruth is a resident of Auburn, is a graduate of the DeKalb Leadership Program and is currently Past President of the DeKalb County Chamber Partnership Board of Directors.

Melissa Quinn, Client Services Director
Melissa's role as Client Services Director is varied, ranging from employee responsibilities such as scheduling staff, monitoring employee files, new hiring, employee orientations, and payroll. She also handles the marketing for the company and monitors client files for accuracy and completeness. Melissa is passionate about her position at Angel Corps, especially the clients and caregivers she deals with on a daily basis, and she strives to ensure both parties are as satisfied as possible.
Melissa, a native of Ossian, has an associate's degree in healthcare administration and has spent most of her professional years working as a certified nursing assistant. She also has experience coordinating staff and caring for an assisted living neighborhood. In 2008, she was promoted from our Fort Wayne office to the Bluffton office. “I am thankful that I had the opportunity for promotion within Angel Corps. Words can not express how good it feels to be able to better yourself and your career path in an organization that you are not only involved with, but are dedicated to and compassionate toward their mission” said Melissa.
Kendra McClure-Johnson, Client Service Coordinator
Kendra is the Client Service Coordinator for Angel Corps’ LaGrange office. She grew up in the DeKalb County area, attending DeKalb High School. About two years after graduating high school, she decided to get her CNA license, and worked for about three years in the healthcare field. She also has some experience leading teams in an industrial setting. She is currently pursuing a degree in Nursing from Ivy Tech Community College in Ft. Wayne. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and five sons.
